Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Shipping
Most orders ship within 1 business day. Carrier pickup may occur the next business day. If you need rush handling or a different shipping method, please contact us right away and we will assist.
We take great care in packaging all orders. However, if you receive an order that is damaged:
- At Delivery: Refuse the package if the damage is visible.
- After Delivery: Notify us within 24 hours to file a claim. Please keep all packaging materials, labels, and invoices for inspection.
We will handle the claim with the carrier and ensure your supplies are replaced promptly.
Returns and Refunds
At Cascadia Rock Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policies below:
1. Returns
All unused items purchased at Cascadia Rock Supplies are returnable within 30 days of the original delivery date, except for items listed as non-returnable below.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: Cascadia Rock Supplies will cover return shipping costs if the product is defective or if an incorrect item was shipped.
- Other Returns: If you return an item for any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Rough rock that has been altered.
- Used equipment.
- Sale and clearance items (sale and clearance items are final).

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect, in which case we will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll process it and send you an update right away. If everything is in order, your refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Partial Refunds:
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (unless it was an error on our part).
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Final Sale:
- Please note that sale and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for a refund.
3. Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, or if it was purchased using a gift card, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. After we receive the item, we will update the balance on your gift card or issue a new gift card, as applicable.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
